Neither would we. But BrewDog of Scotland thought it’d give it a whirl. The microbrewery created “The End of History” — a limited edition brew with a 55% alcohol content. And, because the insanely high alcohol content wasn’t crazy enough, BrewDog decided to package the beers in taxidermied animals. Thankfully for the sake of the [...]

five products that save my life in the morning.
October 21st, 2010 · No Comments
Some mornings I wake up and virtually sleepwalk through my shower — which I barely have time for anyway, so forget about washing my hair. My eyes look like they need a lifeline, and my skin feels parched. Hopefully, I’m not alone here. If you’ve never experienced these issues, you’re either too young to be [...]

I’d like to take a moment to stare the chill of fall right in the eyes and boldly deny the irrelevance of popsicles at this time of year. After all, today may not reach 60 degrees, but yesterday Chicago threw me a curveball landing in the high 80s. Bottom line, I’m feeling confused and torn [...]
fashion week loves: rodarte’s clash and structure.
September 16th, 2010 · 1 Comment
Rodarte‘s Spring collection was my favorite out of the Fashion Week lot. The majority of the collection featured structured belts resembling Japanese obi’s and bold pattern mixes reminiscent of 1970s interior wood paneling. Needless to say, I long to see each design in person.
