October 6th, 2010 · 4 Comments

The Museum of Arts and Design has a new show going on now through March 27, 2011 called Eat Drink Art Design, highlighting tableware that redefines the art of dining. With pieces by Cindy Sherman, Roy Lichenstein, Boris Bally, Keith Haring, and Marcel Wanders, you’ve got a table setting impressive enough to host Jeffrey Deitch and Eli Broad.

Arman, As in the Sink, 1990

Boris Bally, Tableware – Five Piece Placesetting, 1991

Roy Lichenstein, Dishes, 1966

Mr. Bally’s ‘Tableware’, which I saw in an exhibition in Wash. DC 2007, actually inspired me to start Designing my own Cutlery !!

Does anyone know Where / How I can purchase a set of these ??
