Arrow to Arrow.

September 15th, 2010 · 1 Comment

Andrew Carnegie made it a point to collect art. He believed that by supporting emerging and established artists, he would be building a collection of the “old masters of tomorrow.” Granted, Carnegie was a wealthy man with a bottomless wallet to throw at painters and sculptors alike. It’s hard to start a collection when you don’t control the steel industry. However, Portland-based online gallery and shop, Arrow To Arrow has got the right formula: talented and emerging artists + affordable art + online shopping = success!

Arrow to Arrow currently features 19 artists, from Portland and beyond. I would love to have this Tom Moglu piece hanging in my room!
