I rather like Shoe The Bear‘s interpretation of the classic saddle shoe for ladies. I couldn’t find a materials list, but it looks like the shoes are made of suede (upper) and wrapped leather (lower). Each season, the Denmark-based shoe company collaborates with a new designer or artist to keep things fresh and interesting. For its Spring/Summer 2011 line, it joined forces with Bibi GHOST for Shoe The Bear vs. Bibi GHOST, which was inspired partly by the French bistro.

so i did a little searching around and couldn’t find a retailer in the US. But, you should contact the company directly (youhadme(at)shoethebear.com) and just ask them if you can purchase the shoes directly. good luck!
