What may first appear as nothing more than spiffed up shipping containers, these steel capsules double as hip little cafes in Montreal’s Old Port, serving elegant dishes such as lobster rolls and seafood pizza.  The muvbox is built from recycled steel and powered entirely by the sun. I must admit that while everything about this concept is quite clever, what makes me most excited is its environmental friendliness. Yes, it’s true . . . I’m one of those.
