unison’s reed square pillow.

Recently, CSN Stores contacted me about reviewing or doing a giveaway of a product from any of its 200+ shops. We worked with CSN last year and did a reader giveaway, so this time I opted to review a product instead. The only stipulation was that it had to be $60 or less. Naturally, I picked a product from AllModern.com, which is CSN’s contemporary home shop. Narrowing down my desired selection would have been kind of tough, if I hadn’t just been be ICFF and fallen in love with Unison’s stylish linens. I knew immediately what I was going to pick and sent off my order selection a few days later — the Reed Square Pillow in Zest

When we were at ICFF, we had a great conversation with Michelle, who is a sales rep from Unison, and it was because of that positive interaction that I chose to review a Unison product. The Reed Square Pillow retails for $52 on AllModern.com and is available in six different colors including, emerald, rose, navy, seaweed, and shale. I chose zest because I have a subconcious attraction to anything flourescent yellow — well, any shade of yellow really. The Reed Pillow is made out of 100% handprinted cotton fabric, and it’s especially conducive to napping — the down insert molds nicely to a tired head. We’re displaying our new pillow on a side chair, so it’s out of the dog’s reach and maintains it’s crisp look. But if I had a couple more, I’d dot them about the couch and ditch our current IKEA pillows. I encourage you to check out Unison’s entire range, which includes everything from aprons to quilts to journals. Oh, if you’re ecoconcious, Unison also carries a line of organic linens that are super yummy.
