Lola Dupré.

June 17th, 2009 · No Comments

Since you’ve probably just finished watching The Ennui of Henri, I’ll continue on in the feline vein.

Glasgow-based artist Lola Dupré might be making collages. But when she uses the age-old arts and craft technique to take a little kitten face and adorn it on the head of model, she might just peak your interest. In fact,  Flaunt Magazine has taken note, as evidenced by her cover story in this month’s issue, in which she reveals the lobster to be her dream pet of the moment (perhaps she’d love this video by artist Johnny Kelly) and why collage is her method of choice.

Do take a moment to visit her blog Wasted Lola (where you can find more of her artwork — she’s doesn’t limit her subject to cats) and to read her interview in Flaunt.
