celebrities!
Mandy Moore just rocks the Preen one-shoulder black cocktail dress from Preen’s Spring Collection 2009 at the opening of “Vanity Fair Portraits: Photographs 1913-2008″ exhibit at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. She looks extremely sexy and sophisticated in that Preen dress!
